Benefits of outdoor exercise

Life in city is busy and rushing. Most of us spend our time in office. With current fitness concept most of the youngest will prefer stay in the gym room for their daily exercise. Is definitely one of the ways to make sure you have a healthy lifestyle but doing exercise daily but they might just missed out one important thing that is the natural.

Most of us don’t aware about the IONs on our body. In city, we will surround by positive IONs all the time. It’s discharged by electrical appliance such as PC, Laptop, mobile and tablet devices, television and others. A long period exposure will often contribute worse sleeping quality and bad moods.

To keep a healthy life style in city life, we should surround ourselves in places that produce negative IONs. As result, it will neutralise our body’s IONs and we will feel better regardless our body and mind. Once a week visit our mother nature such as jungle trekking, water fall relaxation, mountain hiking, cycling in natural compound, meditation beside a silent lake and more will make us more relax and stress relief.
